If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.2. Description of ServiceVerto is a personal habit tracking and self-improvement application that provides features including but not limited to: habit tracking, daily journaling, progress photos, vision boards, calendar event management, AI-powered habit plan suggestions, social features (friends and feed), HealthKit integration, and push notifications.3. EligibilityYou must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.4. User AccountsYou may create an account using an email address and password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You may also use the App in a local-only mode without creating an account, in which case your data is stored only on your device.5. User ContentYou retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including journal entries, habit data, progress photos, vision board images, and profile information.
By using social features (posting to the feed, adding friends), you grant Verto a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your shared content to other users as intended by the App's functionality.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.6. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts.
Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers.
Upload malicious code or content.
Use the App to spam or send unsolicited messages to other users.7. AI-Powered FeaturesThe App offers AI-generated habit plans and suggestions for informational purposes only.
AI-generated content is not professional medical, fitness, nutritional, or psychological advice.
You should consult qualified professionals before making health or lifestyle decisions based on AI suggestions.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.8. HealthKit IntegrationThe App may request access to Apple HealthKit data (steps, calories, heart rate, sleep, exercise, workouts) with your permission.
HealthKit data is used solely to display your health metrics within the App and to personalize your experience.
HealthKit data is never sold to third parties, used for advertising, or shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
You may revoke HealthKit access at any time through your device's Settings.9. Privacy and DataYour use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Personal data such as weight, height, age, gender, and activity level that you optionally provide is used to personalize AI-generated plans and is stored securely.
You may export your data at any time via the Data & Privacy section of the App.
You may delete all local data from your device at any time.

You may disable notifications at any time through your device's Settings.11. Social Features and BlockingThe App includes social features such as adding friends, viewing a feed, and sharing posts.
You may block other users at any time. Blocked users will not be able to interact with you.
We are not responsible for interactions between users but will take action against reported violations of these Terms.12. Intellectual PropertyThe App and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Verto and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.13. DisclaimersThe App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
The App is not a substitute for professional medical, health, fitness, or mental health advice. Always seek the advice of qualified professionals.14. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Verto and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.15. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your account by contacting us @:[[email protected]]
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.16. Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.17. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.18.
